These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at grandmoor.ca (the "Site"), operated by Grandmoor Inc. ("Grandmoor," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
This Site is provided to give prospective and existing customers information about Grandmoor's warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics services, and to let you request a quote or submit an inquiry. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:
Information on the Site about our 3PL warehousing, contract warehousing, pallet storage, order fulfillment, cross-docking, container destuffing, and inventory management services is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, quote, or binding commitment to provide services on any particular terms.
Any actual warehousing, storage, or logistics services are governed exclusively by a separate, signed written service agreement between Grandmoor and the customer, which will set out the specific terms, rates, liability provisions, and obligations of each party. Nothing on this Site amends, supersedes, or is incorporated into any such agreement unless expressly stated in that agreement.
When you submit the Contact form, the Qualify questionnaire, or any other form on the Site, you are providing information to help us understand your needs and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a form does not create a contract, reservation of space, or obligation on Grandmoor's part to provide services, and does not create an obligation on your part to purchase services. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle information you submit.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Grandmoor name and stag logo, are owned by Grandmoor Inc. or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, provided you do not modify or remove any copyright or other proprietary notices. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, without our prior written consent is prohibited.
The Site may contain links to, or embed content from, third-party services, including Google Maps and Google Tag Manager. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. Your use of any embedded or linked third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms and privacy policy.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grandmoor Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation does not apply to, and nothing in these Terms limits, liability arising under a separate signed service agreement for actual warehousing or logistics services, which is governed by the terms of that agreement and applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Grandmoor Inc. harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
