Grandmoor Inc. ("Grandmoor," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at grandmoor.ca (the "Site"). When you submit the Contact form, the Qualify questionnaire, or otherwise reach out to us, we may collect your name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, company location, and details about your warehousing, fulfillment, or logistics needs that you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the Site automatically collects certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring URLs. We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags on the Site, which may in turn load analytics or marketing tools that use cookies or similar technologies to collect this information. The Contact page also embeds a Google Maps view, which may set its own cookies when loaded.

Respond to quote requests and inquiries submitted through the Site;

4. SMS/Text Messaging Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our Contact form, Grandmoor may send you text messages related to your inquiry, quote requests, and updates about our warehousing and logistics services.

Consent: We only send SMS messages to numbers that have affirmatively opted in through our website form. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing any service, and opting in is entirely optional.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and our communications with you.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us using the details in Section 11 below.

We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager, which may enable cookies or similar tracking technologies to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings; doing so may affect how parts of the Site function. If you go on to become a customer, information you provide may also be used in connection with your service agreement, as described in that agreement.
